About the Role
Dr. Bruce Coward & Associates is seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and Part-Time Temporary Optometrists to join our eye care team in Prince Edward County. We have four full-scope medical optometric practices with state-of-the-art equipment including OCTs, Humphrey Field Analyzers, Pachymeters, and an on-site optical laboratory. Our practices are situated in the heart of the beautiful Bay of Quinte and Prince Edward County regions of Ontario. Prince Edward County is one of Canada's most exciting wine regions and boasts the largest bay-mouth freshwater sand dune system in North America.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Perform eye health examinations
Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and disorders
Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses
Provide urgent and emergency care when required
Refer patients to medical specialists as needed
Co-manage patient care with other optometrists and medical specialists
Qualifications:
Doctor of Optometry from an accredited university
Licensed to practice Optometry in Ontario
